Hiroaki Shitano in Tokyo established "Whiz limited" with the publication of the Autumn/ Winter collection 2000. In spite of the basic mainstream on the street scene, he displayed the brand concept of "Individual clothing" to propose a design conscious fashion. And has since been constructing a Tokyo street outlook which has gotten over the stereotyped image of the street look and mode.
A flag shop "LUMP TOKYO" opened in Harajyuku 2003.
Collaborating with many companies or brands; adidas, new balance, LEIVIS, Disney, Marvel, fragment design, STUSSY, MEDICOM TOY, NEW ERA, etc. And also developed other lines; "Felicity" is collaboration with Kazuki Kuraishi, and handmade craft "Whiz leathers".
